Job Summary
Drive digital marketing and sales operations to enhance customer engagement and achieve sales targets in a dynamic food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEM and SEO to improve e-commerce user experience and increase online visibility
- Create engaging marketing copy tailored for diverse platforms to attract and retain customers
- Handle daily sales and marketing operations by responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, arranging deliveries, and conducting follow-ups
- Coordinate with online and retail customers on product listings, promotional activities, pricing strategies, and sales initiatives to maximize revenue
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, and preparation of marketing collateral
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage sampling, packaging artwork, and product launches ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Execute ad hoc projects and duties as assigned, such as seasonal factory sales events (e.g., Chinese New Year Factory Sales)
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Diploma or ‘O’ level qualification
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in F&B sales
- Proactive approach with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Effective negotiation and communication skills to engage customers and close sales
- Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
