Job Responsibilities
Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, managing their orders and forecasts to ensure alignment with business goals. Tracking of Demand waterfall chart, monitor on customer pull and ensure On Time Delivery (OTD).
Driving the resolution of Excess & Obsolete (E&O) material issues by negotiating with customers to define material positioning and liability.Â
Support Principal Program Leader (PPL) / Manager on price changes and to implement new pricing per agreed timeline and timely pricing update to the system. Monitor on Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure customer pay per due dates and cost recovery from customers on services rendered (eg, Overtime, PPV, etc).
Managing technical records including Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Return Material Authorizations (RMA), and sales order updates.
Collaborating with Customer Focus Team (CFT) to meet customer requirements and resolve technical issues.Â
Support internal and external audits.
Participate in Lean and LSS program.
General filing of correspondences between customers and plant.
Draw up quotations to customers.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry or in a related field, as well as customer / account management background is preferred.
• Proficient in MS office applications, particularly in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup) and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Google sheet, Google drive and Google Slides.
• Good communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, fast learner and proactive.
