Job Description
- Design and develop scalable solutions with integrations across multiple systems and services.
- Develop high-performance, low-latency, and highly reliable mission-critical applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Conduct code and test case reviews to ensure high-quality software.
- Improve software delivery and quality through process, tooling, and automation enhancements.
- Adopt and apply modern software development practices, technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development.
- Strong interest in AI engineering with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools and building AI-powered solutions.
- Experience in the finance, payments, or banking industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Java and at least one other programming language.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, JUnit, and web services technologies.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system design, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
