We are seeking experienced Steel Reinforcement Workers to join our construction projects, performing steel bar installation, cutting, bending, tying, and assembling reinforcement cages while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
Responsibilities
- Install reinforcing steel bars precisely according to construction drawings to meet project specifications
- Cut, bend, and tie reinforcement bars to shape and secure steel frameworks for concrete structures
- Assemble reinforcement cages and mesh to support structural integrity on site
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in steel reinforcement work
- Ability to read and interpret reinforcement drawings accurately
- Capability to perform heavy physical work safely and efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate teamwork skills by collaborating with colleagues on site
- Willingness to work overtime as project demands require
