Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dessert shop, supervising staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining cleanliness and providing good customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dessert shop.
- Assign duties, prepare work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure desserts and beverages are prepared and served according to quality standards.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.
- Monitor inventory, arrange stock replenishment and minimise wastage.
- Ensure proper food storage, hygiene and cleanliness of the shop.
- Monitor daily sales, handle cash transactions and prepare sales reports.
- Ensure shop equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
- Train new employees on shop procedures and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace regulations.

- Relevant experience in food and beverage operations.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Able to supervise staff and manage daily operations.
- Responsible, organised and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
