Communication, openness and innovation are key traits within our family. We listen to each other’s feedback and suggestions, and work together collaboratively to make DSG a better place to work in. We care for the well-being of our team so that we can provide the highest standard of care to our clients. This includes providing for career growth for all employees of DSG, while catering for good work-life harmony to allow for personal growth and development.” (3) Hybrid Work Arrangement As part of our Work-Life Harmony strategy, we adopted a hybrid work arrangement (subject to the nature of the job). Flexi-Time We have Staggered Timing for staff to choose their starting and ending work hours. At DSG, we believe that achieving work-life balance will allow every valued staff of the DSG family to satisfy their professional and personal goals.
