Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of financial advisers, fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration and continuous growth.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to attract, identify and retain quality advisers and future leaders.
- Business Growth & Performance: Drive sustainable team growth through effective business planning, performance management and adviser productivity.
- People, Culture & Systems: Establish a strong team culture, implement structured development programmes and optimise operational processes to support long-term scalability.
- Governance & Compliance: Uphold high standards of regulatory compliance, ethical conduct, documentation and client suitability across the team.
