About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Technician to support a leading semiconductor and wireless technology company. This role focuses on equipment debugging via root cause analysis, engineering work order execution, and lab equipment maintenance to ensure production goals and equipment consistency are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic and higher technical level of debug via root cause analysis in resolving test related issues / provide input to improve equipment consistency to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Document test results and generate result/report timely.
- Verification of all engineering work order and release of work orders to the lab.
- Execute engineering evaluation of equipment upgrades/enhancements and lab equipment maintenance activities per engineering request/procedure.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of related working experience (for Senior Technician level and above)
- OR NITEC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of related working experience.
- Works independently and can interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
Work Environment & Shift Requirements
- This is a fully onsite role based in Singapore.
- Flexibility of Working Hours: The Technician is required to support flexible working hours based on product execution needs from time to time.
