Estimated monthly salary
~S$4,750 – S$8,312

About the Role

You will own the Group’s traditional banking (fiat) relationships end to end: opening and maintaining bank, payment-platform and brokerage accounts for our operating and holding entities across Singapore, Hong Kong, the BVI, Seychelles and other jurisdictions. You will be the main contact for our banks and payment partners, and will work independently, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Open accounts end to end. Lead account opening for new and existing entities with banks, payment service providers, e-money institutions (EMIs) and brokerage platforms, from choosing the right institution and assessing its risk appetite through to activation and user set-up.
  • Prepare strong KYC/KYB submissions. Build complete application packs (ownership structure, UBO and director information, source of funds and wealth, business rationale, expected activity) that are accurate the first time, and anticipate what banks will ask before they ask it.
  • Find a way forward. When an application stalls or is declined, propose and pursue alternatives with a clear recommendation.
  • Keep banking access stable. Manage periodic reviews, KYC refreshes, changes in directors, shareholders and signatories, account restrictions and closures, including safe transfer of balances. Flag emerging risks early and suggest mitigations.
  • Maintain the master account record. Keep an up-to-date register of all accounts, signatories, users, access rights and administrator emails, process user additions and removals promptly, and hand accounts over to operating teams to agreed standards.
  • Be the face of Treasury to banks and internal teams. Build working relationships with relationship managers and their compliance teams, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Corporate Secretarial, Reporting, Fiat Operations and business teams.
  • Report clearly. Provide a concise weekly update covering status, next steps, owners, deadlines, blockers and your recommendations, and escalate early when something stalls.
  • Improve the process. Follow and continuously improve treasury SOPs in line with internal policies and AML/KYC requirements.
  • Support senior management with occasional personal and private-banking matters, handled with discretion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years in corporate banking onboarding, KYC/KYB, treasury operations or corporate relationship management, on either the bank side or the corporate side
  • Working knowledge of corporate account-opening and KYC/KYB requirements of Singapore banks
  • Strong attention to detail: you check legal names, signatories and figures carefully before anything goes out
  • Clear, concise written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working independently, managing your own priorities and raising conflicts early

Nice to Have

  • Experience onboarding fintech, payments or technology groups with multi-jurisdiction ownership structures
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong and offshore (BVI, Seychelles) banking; familiarity with MAS and HKMA expectations
  • Experience with payment service providers, EMIs or brokerage platforms
  • An existing network of relationship managers at Singapore banks
  • Fluent Mandarin: a strong advantage, as you will work closely with Mandarin-speaking management and stakeholders across the region

What Success Looks Like in Your First 6–12 Months

  • Account records are complete and current
  • Every open application is either progressing or has a documented alternative, so no one needs to chase you for status
  • Submissions to banks are accurate first time, with minimal rework

Why This Role

  • Hands-on exposure to multi-jurisdiction banking, from Singapore banks to offshore structures, payment platforms and brokerages
  • High ownership and direct visibility with senior management
  • Work at the intersection of traditional finance and a fast-moving technology group

About Tron Dao

TRON DAO is a community-governed decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), dedicated to the further growth of the TRON public blockchain, and the TRC-20 standards for decentralized applications and smart contracts. Founded in September 2017 by H.E. Justin Sun, the TRON blockchain has experienced significant growth since its MainNet launch in May of 2018. The TRON network completed full decentralization in 2021 and is now a community-governed DAO. TRON hosts the world’s largest circulating supply of the USD Tether (USDT) stablecoin (exceeding $75 billion) and serves as the world’s foremost settlement layer for stablecoin transactions. As of 2025, the TRON blockchain has recorded over 306 million in total user accounts, more than $ 10 billion in total transactions, and over $23 billion in total value locked (TVL), based on TRONSCAN. TRON was also designated as the national blockchain for the Commonwealth of Dominica, marking the first time that a major public blockchain partnered with a sovereign nation to develop a national blockchain infrastructure and codify statutory status for digital tokens as an authorized currency and medium of exchange in the country.
