Job Summary

Support site safety by assisting the Safety Officer in enforcing safe work practices, conducting daily safety meetings, verifying worker passes, and maintaining attendance records.

Responsibilities

Assist the Safety Officer in implementing and monitoring safe work methods and maintaining safe distancing on site
Lead daily toolbox meetings and safety talks to communicate safety protocols to workers
Verify the validity of work passes for all workers on site each day to ensure compliance
Maintain accurate attendance records for all safety meetings and site workers

Required competencies and certifications

Advanced Certificate in WSH
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
