Responsibilities
- Registration of patients, answering of phone-calls for appointments and enquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Dispensing of medications
- Assist doctor and chaperone patients
- Perform inventory checks for medications, supplies and equipment
- Perform general administration
- Conduct simple investigation tests and treatments
- Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance
Requirements
- Singaporean or PR
- Nursing experience in hospital or clinic settings will be an advantage
- Ability to set IV Cannula
- Strong teamwork skills and a hardworking, willing-to-learn attitude to contribute positively to the clinic team
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
- Must be able to handle computer
- Willing to do simple housekeeping / cleaning
