Job Summary
TKQP Law LLP seeks a Legal Executive (Paralegal) with 2-3 years’ experience to join its insurance litigation team, supporting motor insurance and personal injury claims through legal research, document drafting, and technology management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research to support insurance litigation cases
- Investigate facts relevant to motor insurance and personal injury claims
- Draft and verify legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage and utilize workplace legal technologies to enhance case handling efficiency
- Collaborate effectively with conducting lawyers and team members to support case preparation
- Maintain meticulous organization of case files and documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally within the team and with external parties
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant work experience in insurance litigation, specifically handling motor insurance and personal injury claim matters
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
