Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and explain our attractions, tickets and packages.
- Assist with ticket sales, bookings, enquiries and payments.
- Support daily venue operations and provide friendly customer service.
Working Hours
Shift work within our operating hours
- Monday–Thursday: 10am–8pm
- Friday–Sunday & Public Holidays: 10am–10pm
Must be available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
We’re looking for someone friendly, responsible and confident when speaking with customers. Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
